Hello everyone in the Black and white community
I'm Dao Tam - I'm a yogi. This is my first post in the community and also my first time taking part in the #monomad challenge.
I like to see things from different angles, and black and white photographs give me interesting perspectives. Likewise, I also enjoy standing on my head when I practice yoga. That pose allows me to see things from a more interesting perspective. In addition, standing on our head also brings us many benefits – physically, mentally and emotionally.
Relax
Standing on our head will make our body and mind really comfortable as well as boost heart health, and even better mind and mood and increase our ability to focus. And actually, all the similiar poses where our head is lower than our heart gives us these benefits.
Balance
Upside down position is also one of the great ways to practice your balance and focus. It's a great exercise to get the vestibule working better. So it's an exercise that's been practiced a lot by pilots. In addition, practicing this pose always requires concentration and helps blood circulate to the brain better. From there it will help increase your ability to focus in work and daily life.
Improve mood
When you feel bad. Try this pose.
Standing on our head will help us regain our composure, reduce anxiety and increase energy production – all of which will change your mood in a positive way. It acts as a kind of turning negative energy into positive. Looking at problems from different perspectives also helps us feel calmer and more comfortable, doesn't it?
Where to start?
I know that doing upside down poses can be difficult for beginners. If you don't know where to start, start with wall practice. This exercise does not require high technique or many assistive devices, just lie down on the floor and start walking up the wall. Try to get your legs up as high as you can after each exercise. And the day when you can master this pose is not far away. Try it out and see how it brings you positive changes!
Actually I was a little nervous about taking on this challenge, because I am just an inexperienced amateur photographer 😋. Anyway, I overcame that apprehension and finished this post 😃. Thank you for reading and have a nice day!
