My activities when recruiting new coworkers in the office

On this occasion, I will share some of my experiences while working in my office, I have a job in the field of elections working under state regulations. Therefore, with this activity I share the process of selecting new members, starting from registration, selecting files, interviews, to the graduation process.
During this process, I shared some black and white photography, why is that? I think to make the process more interesting and the image that I display looks more unitary in color, namely Monocrome, so I prefer this coloring when I display someone's face in this blockchain.
Next is the direction given by my boss to new members who have just graduated in the field of selecting biodata files and administrative completeness, so that all those who graduate in this field are gathered at the office to follow the next directions, here are some photography that I shot when the direction process was carried out .
Form filling
Next is the process of filling out the job applicant's personal data form to take part in the next stage, namely the interview stage. Interview is considered as one of the most important things when recruiting new members, this is the most important stage when someone is able to communicate well in terms of activities in an institution in the State.
If I'm not mistaken, only 3 applicants are needed, but there are more or less 30 applicants who register, after selecting the data administration process so that only 20 people pass the selection in this field, because there are 2 more stages that must be completed. completed by the applicant, namely the interview process and the job determination process.
Interview registration
Next is the interview process, before taking part in the interview, every person who passes administrative filling and data entry must fill out an interview registration, this registration process is carried out two days after filling in administrative data, and the rest of the job applicants are only 10 people, so that pass in the field of Filling The form will follow the interview process.
The interview process was carried out at 08.00 am western Indonesian time, after registration each applicant will be given a little further direction and guidance by my office leader, the implementation was completed until 11.00 western Indonesian time.
Interview
The final determination round of the recruitment process for new members of my office is the interview, this stage is carried out 1 day after the interview registration, this interview process takes 12 hours, so at that time this activity took all day.
This interview process takes turns, each applicant takes 2 hours and we have up to 10 job applicants left, so we have to really prepare new workers to join our office.
The criteria needed are web design, design photographers, and photo editors as well as web editors, all of whom have their respective expertise in their fields, so that in this interview process they will be matched with how they work during the learning process by using the tools they are working on, so that In this process we can see whether they are able to do it or fail at this stage.
