Jaloe is a term for small boats used by fishermen in reservoirs, this reservoir has many benefits for small fishermen for their livelihoods, not only has a source of fish and shellfish, there is still much that can be utilized from a reservoir in this village , starting with Bangka plants, crabs, shrimp, snails and many other types of seafood for them to use.
This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge
On this occasion, I will share and discuss the life of fishermen and the tools used by small fishermen in the village of Pusong, and of course in accordance with the rules that have been set for this community that I love with black and white photography and its challenges.
Of course, the tool used by these fishermen is called Jaloe, a small boat similar to a canoe, played by water sports athletes with a water race mode, but it is very different from Jaloe, the traditional tool for navigating the estuary is made by the craftsman himself with some of the techniques they have.
At first glance, this seems quite unique to be discussed and captured in terms of photography, especially with the #monomad mode, and I have also shared some of Jaloe's photography that I shot and captured using my smartphone camera last week.
At first glance, I thought black and white was nothingness, but the more I got to know #monomad, the more vibrant the nuances became, and over time I became more and more attracted to monocrome.
I really like photography with landscape mode, scenery, and several other photo styles that I like, especially goldenhour, in this photography section there is also a sunset that I shoot, the bright color in the sky is the brightness of the sunset, so this monomad instead of getting nuances and more vivid panoramas.
Here you can see a fisherman preparing to catch fish and other marine animals that they can take advantage of.
He is an old grandfather. With his body style still looks fresh and strong, this activity is his daily activity to earn a living, the results of his catch he sells for household needs and for the economy in his family.
I salute the persistence of these fishermen, I feel no fatigue and tiredness they continue to work for the necessities of life, this reservoir is their livelihood, for me this place is full of blessings, this reservoir has beautiful views, a unique place and earns income for fishermen.
I took this picture or photo at 18.00 western Indonesian time, the afternoon is a very beautiful time here when the sun begins to set, and that afternoon also provides benefits for these fishermen to look for fish.
After 1 hour I was here I saw someone who was practicing using a canoe, wow.!!! I was amazed, not only that, it turns out that here can also be a place for sports, I am getting more comfortable here, I hope you like it whatever I share and hopefully it will be useful.
That's all I can share in this post. I hope you like it, to support my blog and posts give your support so that I always consistently share my photography posts every day.
