Greetings friends! Two days ago I was walking around an area of the "Caballito" neighborhood that I don't visit or walk around very often, it is behind the centennial park (which I have to visit). In this area is located the argentinian museum of natural sciences, but I was just walking around the streets around it.
It is a nice residential area with very few stores but aesthetically attractive.
Saludos amigos! Hace dos días estuve caminando por una zona del barrio de "Caballito" que no suelo visitar o recorrer muy a menudo, queda detrás del parque centenario (el cual tengo pendiente visitar). En esta zona se ubica el museo argentino de ciencias naturales, pero yo simplemente estaba caminando por las calles a su alrededor.
Es una linda zona residencial además con muy pocos comercios pero estéticamente atractiva.
I took some low angle shots of some of these buildings as I was passing by, as well as a couple of reflection shots of the cityscape and the science museum itself.
Tomé algunas fotos de ángulos bajos hacia algunos de estos edificios aprovechando mi paso por el lugar, así como también un par de fotos de reflejos hacia el paisaje urbano y hacia el mismo museo de ciencia.
In addition to this, I found a rather striking sculpture, I stopped to look at it and read what it was about. Its name is Sentinel of the Homeland and it is a work by the Argentine sculptor Mateo Alonso.
The work represents an armed and semi naked man who has a certain attitude of kissing the national coat of arms.
Además de esto, me encontré con una escultura bastante llamativa, me detuve a observarla y a leer de que se trataba. Pues tiene como nombre centinela de la patria y es una obra realizada por el escultor argentino Mateo Alonso.
La obra representa a un hombre armado y semi desnudo quien tiene cierta actitud de besar el escudo nacional.
