I often my self wanting to go shoot something and get some exercise. My solution for the last three years has been to grab a vintage lens, adapt it to my digital camera and then proceed to choose one of the famous Fujifilm Film simulations for my walk. I usually leave shortly after I'm done work for the day, and try to stay out for at least 2 hours, or Dusk, whichever comes first.
These shots are from a recent walk around my neighborhood using a late 1970's Canon FDn 50mm f1.4 lens. This is the lens that proceeded the famous Canon FD S.C.C 50mm f1.4 lens.
The film simulation used is a variation of the Kodak TriX400 found here - FujixWeekly/Trix400. I've personally become quite fond of this simulation and the tones it provides. I love the harsh contrast and the nice grey tones it achieves when underexposed.
I hope you enjoy these shots :)
This is my submission for the #monomad challenge
