I recently had the pleasure of photographing the most adorable 5 year old boy, and he is my brother's son. A smart and talented boy named Amir.
As a photographer with 15 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to capture countless special moments, but there is something truly magical about photographing children's portraits.
He's full of energy, amazing curiosity, and he was wearing a cool hat that reminded me of Michael Jackson's iconic look. The presence of this hat added a unique feeling to the photos.
One of my favorite shots in this shoot is her standing and leaning against a white chair. It's moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place.
Most of the photos we took were close-ups and portraits because she posed so well and her face is so beautiful that every angle showcased her natural charm. These photos were designed in black and white because it provides a fairly good contrast.
When I look at these photos, I can't help but smile at the memories we created together. I am so lucky to be able to capture his spirit through my lens.
His sunglasses also made a nice change and we decided to take the hat off when we wanted to use the glasses. It was interesting that the reflection of light was very good on his glasses and I liked that photo very much
So here's to all the little ones who bring so much joy into our lives and the magic of photography that allows us to capture this moment in time. Thank you for allowing me to share this special experience with all of you - it's moments like this that make every click of my camera worth it.
