Hi, black and white community. How are you guys? I hope we are all well and always healthy. Today I'm going to share one of my black and white photos, but it's pretty different from before. Some time ago, I shared some black and white photos here, the first with the automotive theme and the second with portrait photos. And now, I will share a black and white photo with a beverages theme.
In beverages photography, we should bring out the natural colors of the object, but I tried something else, namely photographing the packaging in black and white. The idea of making this photo is a bottle of whiskey that cowboys often drink. Because the bottle is very similar to a whiskey bottle, I finally decided to make this photo in black and white to make it look more dramatic. And here is the image.
This is a black and white photo that I made of one of the coffee packages sold in my city. As I said before, the bottle is very similar to a whiskey bottle, so I was sure to make the color black and white, combined with a puff of smoke, so I think this makes it quite dramatic.
Apart from adding smoke to the first photo, I played with the dimensions and shadows of this object. I like the bottle placement in this photo because it makes it even more dimensional.
And the following photos are still the same as the previous photos, only that I play the distance of the image and focus on the object so that I can get various points of view which may be pretty interesting. I hope you like it too.
