I do that sometimes, going out and start shooting randomly. This particular time I went to the coastal tip of the peninsula which my long-time followers are very familiar with. The eroding sandstone cliff that is receding fast. I decided to do some long exposures of the seascape. Originally these photos were with color but I decided, it would be better to remove the orange light pollution.
Those turned out some quite deep results.
The big boulder in the water is what I call a shark boulder because it looks like one. It only looks that way when the boulder is covered with a sheet of snow.

I am almost transparent in the photo but the place where I stand, it used to be a trail two years ago. Today, it's fallen into the sea below.
These photos are very long, in terms of shutter speed. I used 30-45 seconds to capture those.
Most of the time I visit this place to capture gorgeous sunsets and colorful nature and surroundings. Feels a bit weird to portray this place so dark and moody. Though I pretty much like the outcome. This is also the location where I captured my recent northern lights pictures and videos.
