"Fishing is an activity that has become a hobby and of course, has its pleasures." My opening sentence is to return to participate in this community.
They are residents in my city who use the water flow at the reservoir gate to catch fish. The location of the reservoir is next to the river; we call it the "Cunda River." The existence of this river acts as a separator between land and sea in Lhokseumawe City.
At that time, I captured their excitement with my camera. Here are some of those moments:
Among their fun, an old man who was also busy fishing caught my attention. I immediately approached the old man and chatted briefly with him.
(The old man is in a sitting position and wearing a hat.)
"Perseverance and patience are the main essences of fishing." said the old man. Not long after, the fishing hook moved, and a fish had been caught by it.
And, "when fish are caught, this is where the peak of enjoyment cannot be measured by money", this phenomenon I interpret.
