This is one corner of the beach area in the city of Lhokseumawe; the activity of large ships often adorns this shoreline. As one of the coastal areas on the island of Sumatra and directly adjacent to the Malacca Strait, it is a strategic location. This is evidenced by the existence of several ports in this region.
Also, because the sea is relatively deep, this beach is frequently utilized by locals who are employed as fishermen. As a result, swimming here is not recommended.
The picture above is of a former harbor piling that once existed in this area. As I recall, the port was once glorious in the 1980s, and now a harbor has been rebuilt about 1 kilometer from this location point "Lhokseumawe Terminal Pertamina Office".
And this is the activity of fishermen living in coastal areas who still use traditional tools to catch fish.
