This photo shoot was shared with good friend and photographer Shanaya. She is a very talented and creative young woman who is moving forward with her start-up MAI MAI focused on offering products and services to creators and artists. Her T-shirts ...but at what cost, have a simple but clear message, and are some of the key pieces of her brand.
On this occasion, Shany was touring the University of the Arts, where she is currently studying, with the winner of a giveaway she did on Instagram in collaboration with BarbarA's , an afro clothing brand. When we crossed paths, she didn't hesitate for a second to invite me to take photos with her.

Es una joven muy talentosa y creativa que está avanzando con su emprendimiento MAI MAI enfocado a ofrecer productos y servicios a creadores y artistas. Sus pullovers ...pero a qué costo, tienen un mensaje sencillo pero claro, y son algunas de las prendas claves de su marca.
En esta ocasión, Shany estaba recorriendo la Universidad de las Artes, lugar donde estudia actualmente, con la ganadora de un sorteo que hizo en Instagram de conjunto con BarbarA's , una marca de ropa afro. Cuando nos encontramos, no dudó ni un segundo en invitarme a realizar fotos con ella.

La promoción de este modelo de prenda para mujer, con el texto: Artista, pero a qué costo, le venia perfecto al espacio donde estábamos. Una parte en ruinas, de una escuela de artistas, que no deja de ser una verdadera joya del arte arquitectónico. Habla de la difícil carrera del artista y ni que decir del artista cubano. Para un emprendimiento pequeño es un enorme reto.
Preferí dejar estas imágenes en blanco y negro para resaltar el mensaje del texto y así apoyar a Shany también con su negocio.
