Hello there #Hive community, today I just wanna share my #monochrome shots of traditionally made cookies which commonly known in Filipino as Tostado. Made from baking flour mixed with eggs and cream and sprinkled with sugar on top surface. What makes it special is not the ingredients but the way how it was made. Tostado is not the usual cookies that were usually cooked in oven. Here in Philippines mostly in southern regions Tostado were traditionally cooked in makeshift oven matted with fresh banana leaves and place glowing coal on the top and lower portion of the makeshift oven using coconut husk. Check out some of my snaps of Tostado which will be my entry as well for the #monomad challenge by .
