Don't take the title seriously! I'm just trying to poeticize it a bit.
Yesterday's rain made me think. Such weather barely gave me any ideas for something to photograph. Then I daydream about coolness or coldness. About coolness, my mind immediately connotes it with water, ice, rain, dew, wind, river, sea, pond, night, early morning, fan, refrigerator, air conditioner, then the mountain peaks and the highlands of our island. Very slowly then, it appeared: water droplets.
I tried to remember, is it true that drops of water rarely appear in the scope of thoughts about coolness? It seems so. Could it be because drops of water are not always associated with coolness? You boil water in a pot, and when the water boils, you open the lid and see lots of drops of water that are definitely not cold.
Likewise, when you see drops of water on someone's forehead, even flowing down there, after he has exercised or after he has worked hard, you are bound to see only someone who is warm and tired, and not someone who is cold. You don't see anything cool there. Maybe because of that, drops of water, it would seem, only a shadow of coolness. It does not necessarily represent coolness.
But... suddenly I realized, my mind was processing nonsense. I'd better leave my place, to hunt for that "shadow of coolness" or whatever it is, that just brought by rain. Here are the results!
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.
