Nature has its own kind of architecture — and fungi are the patient, silent builders. 🍄
This is a small series of close-up mushroom textures, captured in natural light and then converted to black and white. I wanted to emphasize the geometry of decay, the wrinkles of life unraveling, and the raw patterns found in places we often overlook.
These photographs were taken during my stops as a truck driver — the forest was quiet, damp, and full of surprises.
Some see rot. I see design.
