Warm greetings to all my fellow Black and White community members. Admiring the city through a window is captivating, especially when you're on the move. A multitude of images unfold before you, compelling you to capture them instantly; you don't want to miss the everyday life of the streets and the buildings that rise with their striking architecture, the defining features of a city like ours.

Desplazándome Por La Ciudad Mis saludos cordiales, amigos amantes de la comunidad Black And White. Admirar la ciudad a través de una ventana es fascinante, más cuando vas en movimiento. Se te despliega una cantidad de imágenes que quieres capturar a la velocidad del rayo; no quieres dejar escapar la cotidianidad de las calles y los edificios que se levantan con llamativas arquitecturas, que son las estructuras principales en una ciudad como la nuestra.
I find it fascinating because you see it differently, from another perspective, and the best part is that you can photograph the entire surroundings from close range. You can capture the urban landscape where nature blends in, giving the atmosphere a fresh feel; the wide avenues, where for the first time we are the protagonists. We are part of it, not just crossing it, and you feel good when you accomplish that feat. Along the way, you find buildings whose facades evoke memories of their creators and the history of their surroundings. You discover the beauty hidden behind each architectural structure.
Me resulta fascinante porque lo ves diferente desde otra perspectiva, y lo mejor es que puedes fotografiar todo el entorno desde poca distancia; puedes captar la parte urbana donde se integra la naturaleza, dándole al ambiente frescura; la amplitud de las avenidas, donde por primera vez somos los protagonistas. Vamos dentro de ella, no estamos cruzándola y te sientes bien cuando logras la hazaña. En la vía encuentras esos edificios que, cuando ves sus fachadas, te llegan a la memoria sus creadores y la historia de su entorno. Descubres la belleza que se encuentra detrás de cada arquitectura.
When I decided to get on this ride, I was heading home; I had already run some errands very early in the morning, coming from an area with buildings that have a lot of history in Caracas. I was a little pensive because I hadn't achieved my goal. While the van was filling up, I realized I had to make the most of those moments, but by the time I decided to get on, it was already starting to move. Nevertheless, I didn't hesitate to take out my phone and start taking pictures. The ride was unique, and the day was beautiful. The photos were perfect for participating in the #monomad contest, which I love.
Cuando decidí montarme en este transporte, regresaba a casa; ya había hecho algunas diligencias personales muy temprano, precisamente venía de un sector donde también habían edificios que tienen mucha historia en Caracas. Estaba un poco pensativa porque no logré mi cometido. Mientras que la camioneta se llenaba, me di cuenta de que tenía que aprovechar esos instantes, pero cuando me decidí, comenzaba a desplazarse, sin embargo, no dude en sacar mi celular y comenzar a tomar mis imágenes, el recorrido era único, más que el día estaba hermoso, las fotos eran las adecuadas para participar en el concurso de #monomad, que me encanta.
The city always offers us favorable settings to capture those diverse and authentic images of an ordinary day. Within its walls, we find the old and the new, dynamism and tranquility. We see perfect compositions for capturing striking visual contrasts in seconds. You also discover places you've never visited, despite living in the city, and the moment opens up the possibility of exploring them on foot another time.
La ciudad siempre nos ofrece escenarios favorables para poder capturar esas imágenes diversas y auténticas de un día habitual, en ella encontramos lo viejo y lo moderno, el dinamismo y la quietud. En ella vemos composiciones perfectas para poder captar en segundos contrastes visuales. También descubres lugares que nunca has visitado, a pesar de estar viviendo en la ciudad y el momento te abre la opción de explorar a pie en otra oportunidad.
