Greetings, fellow sentient beings!
This here is my new entry for the daily monomad challenge, take a look at the rules within the link.
Hand-held-down-to-a-box long exposure at the last moment before the blue goes out of the sky...oh, wait...
Camera Settings:
Aperture F 8; Shutter Speed 15 sec.; Light Sensitivity ISO 100; Focal Length 21 mm.
Sony Alpha 6000 with a 16-50 mm kit lens.
All right, I shall again share the color version because it might be worth seeing it, as well...
Recently, I have been in a period of time flowing too fast for me to shoot regularly for my own pleasure. There are moments, though, like blue hours with fog, snow, and electric light, which just don't leave one resting if that one knows a camera is within reach.
And I am not talking about clever-devices'cameras. They are always in reach but mine is not worthy of use. I know some would do a pretty good job. Still, manual control is manual control.
Even if a bit shaky. It doesn't matter to me in this case since I was after the softness of the moment and this frame got it well enough. I might have another one, zoomed in a little bit more and even more shaky...but that's another matter. This one sits better (than its predecessor) in Black and White anyway.
I like it for the balance in two opposite corners and the light diagonal separating those darker areas.
Next time, I might even use a tripod or something ;)
Thank you for viewing! Take care!
Yours,
Manol
