Hace un tiempo se me había ocurrido la idea de hacer un fondo de papeles, con estilo de recortes de revistas y periódicos, para unas fotos.
Así que después de reunir una cantidad considerable de papeles que ya no usaría, me puse con mi esposo manos a la obra, empezamos a pegar cada hoja hasta obtener lo que quería...
¡Una vez que estuvo listo, empezó el proceso creativo!
Tenía muuuchas ideas en mente sin embargo la manera para ejecutarlo era algo complejo, pues para mis Retratos siempre estoy yo sola. Pero no dejó de ser emocionante, de echo le comenté a mi esposo que el no tener todas las herramientas y las condiciones apropiadas para hacer las fotos es algo frustrante, más al final de todo es gratificante, pues cuando salen buenas imágenes de una sesión, sabes que valió la pena el esfuerzo.
En esta oportunidad deseaba unas fotos algo intelectuales, que estuvieran presentes los libros, mis lentes y yo 😁.
La fotografía me ha permitido pulir habilidades en varios aspectos, el estético por ejemplo es uno de ellos. Desde aprender a maquillarme para cada sesión, el manejo de ciertas poses, aprender a dominar poco a poco el uso de la iluminación para destacar o conseguir lo que busco en cada imagen, el estilismo acorde, y cuidar los detalles que son los que al final terminan dando vida y realce a la fotografía.
De tantas capturas que tomé este día, esta fue mi selección en Monochrome. Espero disfruten mi entrada #128 al desafío #Monomad.

Some time ago I had come up with the idea of making a background of papers, styled from magazine and newspaper clippings, for some photos.
So after gathering a considerable amount of papers that I would no longer use, I got to work with my husband, and we started gluing each sheet until we got what I wanted...
Once it was ready, the creative process began!
I had so many ideas in mind, but the way to execute it was a bit complex, because for my portraits I am always alone. But it was still exciting, in fact I told my husband that not having all the tools and the right conditions to take the photos is frustrating, but at the end of the day it is rewarding, because when good images come out of a session, you know it was worth the effort.
This time I wanted some somewhat intellectual photos, that were present the books, my lenses and me 😁.
Photography has allowed me to polish skills in several aspects, aesthetics for example is one of them. From learning how to make up for each session, the handling of certain poses, learning to master little by little the use of lighting to highlight or get what I want in each image, the appropriate styling, and take care of the details that are what ultimately end up giving life and enhancement to the photograph.
Of the many captures I took this day, this was my selection in Monochrome. I hope you enjoy my #128th entry to the #Monomad challenge.
