H ey friends, how’s everything going? Let me tell you… since I was a kid, I’ve had a strong connection with the countryside. I owe that to my father, who always taught me to care for and love nature. So whenever I get the chance, I head out to a forest. It’s like my way of resetting. Out there, I stop being “me” and just feel like part of everything around me… and honestly, that does me good.

| So, about 18 km from my house there’s a forest I really like, and that day I grabbed my bike early in the morning and headed out. | We spent about two hours there, just taking it easy. And to top it off, right next to the forest there’s a small pond… and, as if on cue, an aquatic bird showed up—the Little Grebe.
