Monomad challenge : A Granny Drying Leatherback

A grandmother is seen drying star fruit in front of her house. Leatherback is one of the spices of cuisine in aceh province, Indonesia. To become a kitchen spice, star fruit must be changed to Sunti acid.

To turn star fruit into kitchen spices, first soak the picked star fruit. Star fruit can be soaked a day or more until the green star fruit turns yellow. Then the starfruit is dried to dry in the drying stage of starfruit watered with salt to add wry.
