Monomad: A variety of street photos [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy start to the week to everyone, dear friends in the community and lovers of black and white photography. I hope you’re all doing great and had a wonderful weekend. Today I’m sharing a selection of photos I took on the streets; I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Feliz inicio de semana para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro, espero que se encuentren genial y hayan tenido un estupendo fin de semana. Hoy les comparto una variedad de fotografías que hice en las calles, espero que las disfruten tanto como yo.

Most of the time when I take street photos, I try to focus heavily on people, and while I do share some photos in that style, this time I’m also sharing some photos I took of store signs with their names on them, as well as some photos of the streets at sunset.

En la gran mayoría de ocasiones que hago fotografías callejeras, intento centrarme mucho en las personas y si bien comparto algunas fotografías de ese estilo, en esta oportunidad también comparto algunas fotografías que hice de alguna publicidad de locales con sus nombres y también algunas fotografías de las calles en el atardecer.

Taking photos at sunset can be a bit tricky because of the low light, but I took these while I was waiting for my girlfriend. It helped pass the time, and even though they were spontaneous shots, I ended up really liking them. I’d like to take more street photos like this in the future.

Las fotografías al atardecer suelen ser un poco complicadas por la falta de luz, pero estas las hice mientras esperaba por mi novia, de esta manera maté un poco el tiempo y aún siendo unas fotografías espontaneas, me terminaron gustando bastante, quisiera volver a hacer más fotografías en la calle de este estilo.
