Monomad: Portraits to a neighboring cat [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy Sunday to all dear friends of the community, I hope everyone is feeling great today. I have mentioned before how much I love taking pictures of animals, especially cats. For some reason I find them so striking and today I want to share with you some portraits of a cat that visited my house.

Feliz domingo para todos queridos amigos de la comunidad, espero que todos se encuentren genial el día de hoy. He mencionado en alguna otra ocasión lo mucho que me gusta hacerles fotografías a los animales, en especial a los gatos. Por alguna razón me parecen tan llamativos y el día de hoy quiero compartirles algunos retratos de un gato que visitó mi casa.

Around my house there are many cats, they all have their own home, they just have the freedom to walk around the streets, as it is quite safe for them. While I was at home I heard a meow that I didn't recognize, so I went out to see and found this little fella, who was behind a bigger cat, I guess he wanted to get her attention.

Alrededor de mi casa hay muchos gatos, todos tienen casa propia, solo que tienen la libertad de caminar por las calles, ya que es bastante seguro para ellos. Mientras estaba en mi casa escuché un maullido que no reconocí, por lo que salí a ver y me encontré con este pequeño amiguito, el cual estaba detrás de una gata más grande, supongo que quería llamar su atención.

Since he was staying pretty still, I decided to get my camera and take some pictures of him. To start with, the kitten was lying down, so I took several pictures trying to get the best possible focus. Then he started to walk and here I did take a few pictures, as he then ran off and went back to his house.

Ya que se quedaba bastante quieto, decidí buscar mi cámara y hacerle algunas fotografías. Para empezar, el gatito estaba acostado, por lo que hice varias fotos intentando tener el mejor enfoque posible. Luego empezó a caminar y aquí sí hice pocas fotografías, ya que luego se fue corriendo y regresó a su casa.

Since the cat is white, I thought it would be interesting to have the pictures in black and white to bring out the contrast a bit more. Honestly, I love the result. So far this post, thank you very much for stopping by for another day, see you next time!
