Monomad: Scenes from the skatepark [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy weekend, dear friends in the community and lovers of black and white photography; I hope you’re all doing great today. Today I’m sharing some interesting shots I took at the skatepark of a few of the people who were there skating; I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz fin de semana, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro; espero que todos se encuentren genial en este día. Hoy les comparto unas perspectivas interesantes que hice en el skatepark con algunos de los que se encontraban allí patinando; espero que las disfruten.

Most of the time when I share photos like these with you, I usually focus on the tricks they perform, but this time the photos are a bit different, they focus on certain perspectives and urban moments that I really liked, without neglecting the importance of skateboarding itself.

En la mayoría de ocasiones que les comparto fotografías de este estilo, casi siempre me centro en los trucos que suelen hacer, pero en esta oportunidad son unas fotos distintas, centradas en ciertas perspectivas y momentos bastante urbanos que me gustaron bastante, esto sin descuidar lo importante que era el skate.

The skatepark is a great place to take black-and-white photos, mainly because when the sun hits it, the contrast is really nice. So when you see the final result, it definitely looks pretty good, or at least it does to me; I really like it.

El skatepark es un lugar estupendo para hacer fotografías en blanco y negro, principalmente porque cuando el sol lo ilumina, se hace un contraste bastante bueno y de esta manera, al ver el resultado final, sin duda se ve bastante bien o, al menos para mí lo es; me gusta bastante.
