For a while now, I have been thinking about joining the black and white challenge but due to my not being free, I have not been able to make it, and since I do not have a good phone, although I am planning to get a new phone this year but it's going to be the second quarter of the year as I have other things to do for now.
So, this week, I had my first hair clients after a while of not braiding, we got the idea of what she needed, we agreed on how much I was going to collect, since she is my course mate, I didn't charge high and when I was done, she was so excited about her hair because she got what she ordered for.
Since I do not have a space of my own, I had to take her to beg a friend of mine who has a shop, to permit me to use her shop just a few hours and she agreed. I was so grateful she allowed me because I worried about where we would stay to make her hair. The hair was so beautiful that I had to snap when I remembered but with her phone, as I do not have a good phone for snapping pictures.
I am so proud of myself that I could do this and just before I forget, she promised to come back for more and make her other friends patronize me because I am good at what I do, and because she was not feeling pains when I did her hair.
I was also happy that I agreed to make her hair as I almost turned down making this hair for her and created time because I had a busy schedule for the week. I had a lot of assignments piled up on my desk with the offline jobs that I had to cover. Thank God I was able to push myself to do all that and still make the hair because I am sure of more patronage coming from her.
