Hello to all photo enthusiasts.
When I was in Turkey, my main task was to go to the old amphitheater. This path was not small, because the whole day was spent on the tour. But the amphitheater is something incredible. I still want to visit such places.
The amphitheater in Mira, Turkey, is the largest in the region. It was designed for 10,000 spectators. It was created as a Roman theater. There are 38 benches. The friezes of 3-storey buildings have incredible decorations: there are Medusa, Mithras, Eagle, Ganymede, various masks, sirens and garlands. On the outside of the building there were relief friezes on which are those who carry garlands. There are a lot of divine figures on these bas-reliefs.
And all this beauty is best conveyed in my opinion in black and white. I invite you to look without further ado.
