Yes, there can be inconveniences. I've had them a couple of times.
When I think of it, 3 options come to mind.
- Adventurous - Couple of drinks to relax and loosen up 😄
- Safe - Keep distance and use a decent zoom lens.
- Productive - Combine both approaches for maximum effect. 😄
