This is my entry to #monomad challenge
There's nothing better than a trip to the beach on those sweltering days. That's what we did last August. We went to Warnemünde.
I won't go into too much detail about the city, as that's not the purpose of this post. I'll focus more on my impressions.
I didn't expect to find a beach I liked so much, considering it's so far north. The water was cold, of course, despite the time of year, when the sun literally burns you.
In the area we were in, there are three lighthouses: two guarding the entrance to the river mouth, and another, older and larger, located where the sand ends and the city begins.
Here you can see photos of the three lighthouses and some postcards of sailboats and the beach. Finally, the sunset, which we waited for before returning.

Nada mejor que en eos días de calor sofocante que ir de viaje a la playa. Eso fue lo que hicimos en agosto del pasado año, Nos fuimos a Warnemünde.
No voy a detenerme dando datos sobre la ciudad, pues ese no es el objetivo de esta publicación. Me centraré más en mis impressions.
No esperaba encontrarme una playa que me agradara tanto, teniendo en cuenta que está ubicada tan al norte. El agua fría, por supuesto, a pesar de la época del año, en la que el sol te quema, literalmente.
En la zona que estuvimos hay tres faros, dos que guardan la entrada de la desembocadura del río y otro, más antiguo y más grande que está ubicado donde termina la arena y comienza la ciudad.
Aquí pueden ver fotos de los tres faros y algunas postales de veleros y de la playa. Finalmente la puesta de sol, la que esperamos antes de regresar.
