My mate is one of the most kind blokes I know, he's slightly too kind for his own good at times and during the time I've known him, hes hand his hand in raising well over £30,000 for charity... He won't thank me for that, but I feel he should be celebrated..
Anyway.. Last sunday was the latest in his Charity shoots, held in a recording studio in Sleaford - StreetstarLIVE, go look it up!!
With a few models and the usual crowd that used to visit Brians own studio when he had it, it was like the good old day's.. We're a small but very close knit group, no diva's no knobheads, just good people that enjoy each others company..
Liv.. what a model.. She's only 16, but bloody hell fire.. She can pose, and just transforms from a typical teenager to a supermodel in the time it takes to take the lens cap off..
Shot with the help of a fractal filter for the faffery at the bottom.
Rachel.. A model that I've seen Brian work with a lot and she just exudes class... and those eyes?? wowzers.. this is the same lighting setup as Liv above.. 3 lights... 2x rgb led panels to light the tinfoil at the back.. and 1x godox ad600 with a beauty dish attached, lighting down onto the tri-flector.
(I'll post a colour to show the effect i wanted - doesnt show in B/W)
RJ.. I love working with male models, and 2022 will see me work with a lot more... Using the foam mufflers in the recording studio as a backdrop, i liked the effect they gave.
Amy, you'll have seen her previously, she's been the most shot model for me this year... Again in front of the foam muffler.
Raising over £600 for a homeless charity in Lincoln was easy and fun. And we know that money will be put to good use.
Just to show the tinfoil effect... 2 rgb led panels shining onto a crumpled bit of tinfoil can give something a bit different.
