Culture is a sign that we are in an area where there are rules in life, every culture in this world has different rules that have been applied. From the first use of language, behavior, regional clothes and also various other regulations that have become regulations. In an area that has cultural diversity, although in one leader, in one culture many people use different languages, but the language used is still in its original cultural elements. The use of the color of the clothes, but the shape of the clothes is still related to culture, culture must be passed on to the next generation, so culture should not be separated from the leader, and the leader must apply the culture that is running in an area.
The language used by a region is very thick with culture, culture can be updated with an event that has never happened and an incident accidentally occurs, then the incident is called renewal communication. Or with people from other cultures entering a culture then the communication used can be applied and used, then the communication is called renewal.
We can see that in a region, if the region never receives input from outsiders who can make the place developed, then that region will always lag behind other regions. Likewise with culture, if it never receives updates then that culture will die in line with the times. In fact, it is often found when someone goes out to study, what happens to that person is that they do not know about the language or communication used according to the times.
A culture that has never been renewed will die very quickly before it reaches its time, or the culture has never been adopted by the next generation who settled in the area associated with that culture. Society will even be stupid and never find an easy way to do anything. Or always use extra energy to work. But if the person accepts the renewal of knowledge to work, it only takes thought, not physical energy.
