I've been enjoying delving back into Monochrome photography and today my humble offerings are from our dive boat.
The boat is pretty much all Bamboo and marine ply with the outriggers kept in place with a binding of string nylon wound around giving it strength and flexibility. They are a pretty inexpensive boat to build but as with all boats a lot of upkeep is needed.
These shots were all taken yesterday as we went to get new registration markings stenciled onto the hull by the coastguard.
I love the shapes the outriggers and nylon make with the sea, land and sky all competing for attention with different textures.
Was a very pleasant ride back and forth and an excellent photo opportunity.
Stay safe out there people, wherever you may be on this planet of ours.
