Today I'm back in this community to share this series of photos featuring nature, details I love capturing of some natural species that interest me, like pieces of tree trunks or stems, or simply some flowers. I'm always mindful of those that are more like small branches where the light partially reflects in a backlit effect—not so much to create silhouettes, but rather to outline the silhouette with the light itself. I truly love that, as well as the subtle bokeh effect created in the background.
In these images, those details of nature become, in a way, abstract fragments. It's not that nature is defined by abstraction, because its form is inherently abstract, but in a certain way, forms can be created that approach that concept, or perhaps because we seek to give it another interpretation beyond what is immediately apparent.
Well, that concludes my series for today's post to this community. My idea was to share some techniques and what I witnessed firsthand, captured in these images—those small details of nature and other things.
All photographs are my own.
