Hello and welcome back my #monomad friends. Who doesn't like wine, this juice from the god (Bacchus or Dionys) which make us uplifted? There are many types of wine and technics, how to produce them, but the essentials are the same. Nature does it all for us and we are just helping it to achieve the best. What fascinates me the most with the wine, is how the flavors and aromas can change and differ from and another sample. Sure there are some similarities and obvious notes for some sorts, but then again it is so different. And when you think you tried all of it you find out another Chardonnay from another continent which is something totally else you have ever tried. No one will ever get enough of tasting wine, because it is a live thing and it lives within us. Enjoy this black and white gallery of wine cellars.
