#monomad challenge📷
Yesterday, when I went to the city center, I realized that all the beauty around me could be captured with the unique magic of a B&W photography. So I've set my simple smartphone camera app for the B&W, and let my mind fly around...
The street is very well known, since it has one of the most popular shopping center of the city nearby. But, in Lisbon, all you have to do is look around you, to find interesting point of arquitectural details that you could be amazed with.
For instance this is the point of view from the Street Marquês de Fonteira
And if we look down the street, we are surprised with this view from the back side of the Gulbenkian Garden
In the other side of the street, we can get this architectural landscape from a Military building from the Portuguese Army
the contraste from those look out points with the cloudy skies, with the magic of the B&W photography makes it even more dramatic effect in the end.
The building is called "Vivalva Palace", and trust me that I'm going to visit this city area in one very close opportunity. This time, i was intended to pick up a gift that I bought online, so I wasn't so focused in enjoying the immersive experience full...
I had the chance of taking another photograph, this one from the backdoor garage access of that Palace. The wrought iron gate pattern is something that It's not so usual with the 21st century architectural, but I can confess that I love to photograph this details!
I'm not as regular in this community has I would love to be. I'll try to publish a little more often in this great community!
I hope that you liked my eight entry for the #monomad challenge!
