Many of you are in this place right now where you feel exposed. You feel like the enemy has a one-up on you, but it's really not even your warfare. You're in the middle of things you didn't ask to be in the center of, in the middle of things that you didn't even want to fight against. And God is saying, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.
2 Chronicles 20, this full word is on YouTube and the link is in my bio. Please watch it for more clarity and seek the Lord on if this current season is for you.
You're in the middle of this season of feeling like, God, why do I feel so exposed in something that I never even asked to be connected to? I never asked to deal with, I never asked to have to. I'm frustrated about that I never asked for. And a lot of you are claiming this as your warfare, but it's really not. You're caught in the crossfire.
One of them, I was stuck in the middle of a robbery and I didn't even ask to be there. I just appeared and I didn't know what to do or where to go because I didn't want to seem guilty by association. I didn't want to become a target that looks suspicious.
The second dream I had, I was stuck in the middle of two, like a gunfight. And I was in the center, like hoping I didn't get hit by a bullet, but I never got hit. You feel the anticipation of being struck by something that God did not assign to you and that is not assigned to you. But God is saying to tell you that you're covered in the crossfire.
The Lord said to tell you that just like he covered King Jehoshaphat, your enemies are going to fight each other, literally trying to literally end up destroying each other while you're feeling like you're going to be the one hit. The Lord said to tell you that in this season, you're about to cross over into your promised land. You're about to cross over into the marriage out of poverty, into the season of success and celebration.
But in order for you to get there, God has to allow your enemies to destroy. And he wants you to be the witness of that, even as it's taking place.
What if the table that God prepared before you in the presence of your enemies was really their table? The Bible says he prepared it for us in the presence of our enemies, but he never said that it belonged to us. We just were watching it be done. And so what if God is using what really belonged to them as the spoil that he's. The Bible says the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just, meaning that what the enemy wanted to take for himself, God can turn it around and give it to you.
Watch your enemies be defeated in this season. Trust God and know that he's fighting for you.
