The Bible teaches that healing encompasses both the physical and spiritual realms. Sin and sickness, which afflict humanity, stem from the disobedience of Adam and Eve.
Through Christ’s redemption, we receive two key blessings: salvation from sin and healing from sickness. These are not separate gifts but interconnected aspects of the same divine restoration.
Both salvation and healing are made possible by Christ’s sacrifice. Whether we say "saved" or "healed," it applies to both body and spirit. It would be incomplete for a person to receive forgiveness of sins without physical healing, just as it would be insufficient to be healed physically without spiritual renewal. God’s redemption is holistic—He desires our entire being to be restored.
If someone hears the Gospel and believes, how can they accept spiritual salvation while neglecting physical healing, or vice versa? Jesus bore both our sins and sicknesses on the cross, serving as our substitutionary sacrifice. True redemption means experiencing His complete work—transformation in spirit, soul, and body.
Therefore, embracing Christ means receiving full restoration, where physical healing and spiritual salvation go hand in hand.
Amen.
