Hi everyone,
The Nez en l'Air festival took part in mi-paril and it was a blast π₯π₯π₯
The concept of this festival is simple : we're a bunch of local artists from Nantes who decided to settle into the vineyards during 4 days. We were 5 or 6 per domains, with 4 domains so it make a total of 22 artists. We are painters, sculptors, photographers, drawers, upcycling artists...
I built a black box to do lightpainting during daylight. I made portraits of visitors and, of course, I invited people to try to do lightpainting.
Nothing could have been done without the dedication and tenacity of our organizers π₯ I want to thank with all my π the entire Landron family for their welcome, their investment, their good mood and so many other things. They were perfect hosts ππΌ
Here's a portrait of Hélène Landron's mother and her youngeest kid. As you can see, the family dog wanted so badly to be in the picture!!!

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?
Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
