🐝1. ¿En qué época del año tomas vacaciones de Hive...? Es más ¿Tomas vacaciones de Hive?
Si las tomo, cuando viajo para mi pueblo, eso suele suceder en navidad, semana santa y dos semanas en las vacaciones escolares, que en mi país Venezuela, es a partir del 1 de agosto hasta el 15 de septiembre. En ese período agarro dos semanas para viajar fuera de la ciudad. De lo contrario estoy conectada con #hive. Trato en lo posible de conectarme todos los días, revisar las iniciativas, comentar los otros post, responder los comentarios, hacer comunidad de las diferentes formas.
Cabe destacar que en esas vacaciones que me tomo, no me conecto en hive porque la señal por aquellos lados no es muy buena, no tengo internet y tampoco Pc, sino no dejara de crear contenido. Porque les confieso que cuando paso más de dos semanas sin escribir entro en crisis existencial, por eso antes de salir trato de publicar con más frecuencia.
🐝2. ¿Cuántas horas diarias le dedicas a la plataforma?
Muchas, puedo decir que entre 6 y 8 horas al día, cuando estoy creando contenido. Cuando solo es revisar, leer y comentar no sé realmente, pero calculo que son entre 2 y 4 horas porque el bienestar que se siente es indescriptible.
🐝3. Muéstranos tu espacio de trabajo desde donde creas contenido, desarrollas dapps o ese lugar preferido para jugar en la blockchain Hive.
Como pueden observar este es mi lugar de trabajo, es mi sitio de crear contenido y también de recreación porque tenemos el televisor conectado a la computadora tipo home theather. Cuando no estoy en hive, veo películas, mientras escribo escucho música o algún audio que me sirva para complementar mis contenidos. Es mi sitio de creación, recreación y producción.😉🤓😎
🐝4. ¿Piensas jubilarte de Hive? ¿Cuándo? ¿Tienes un plan de retiro establecido?
No, para nada. Apenas estoy comenzando, en agosto cumplo dos años, siento que aún estoy aprendiendo, me siento novata todavía. No es ni será por ahora mi plan, la jubilación es cuando tú estás cansado y tienes mucho tiempo en una actividad, pues no es mi caso. Siento que aún me faltan muchas cosas por aprender de la plataforma.
🐝5. ¿Estás prevenido para que alguien use tus fondos de Hive en caso de que mueras o quedes incapacitado de alguna manera?
Ni que Dios lo quiera, nunca pienso en la muerte o en alguna incapacidad aunque no estamos excento de ellos. Pero por ahora no es mi plan inmediato. Pido a Dios mucha vida y salud para continuar en la plataforma y seguir creciendo y disfrutanto los beneficios de la misma. Sin embargo, mi sobrino que también es hiver conoce el manejo de mis claves sabrá que hacer.
🐝6. ¿Cuál ha sido la peor experiencia que has tenido en esta blockchain y cómo la enfrentaste/superaste?
Gracias a Dios no he pasado por ninguna mala experiencia. Estoy pendiente de cumplir las normas en cada comunidad, espacio o iniciativa en la que participo, pienso que esa es la base de evitar ciertas situaciones, aunque como dije anterior nadie está excento. Agradecida con Dios y el Universo, que no he tenido dificultad alguna.

Esta pregunta es un poco difícil de responder porque este es un universo de infinitos hivers productivos de calidad, quienes hacemos vida aquí en esta plataforma de una u otra forma somos necesarios para la evolución de otros hivers por su gran corazón y disposición que muestran siempre sin interés alguno para apoyar. Ellos son:

🐝8. ¿Qué recomendaciones le darías a alguien que recién se unió a Hive?🤓
Le diría que el límite es el cielo, que el tamaño de sus recompensas depende únicamente de él. Que el éxito es igual a la constancia, la perseverancia y la frecuencia, estos tres son las claves para surgir y crecer en la plataforma. Que hacer comunidad no es solo votar y comentar los contenidos de los otros, fue lo que yo entendí al principio; hay que interactuar en las comunidades, en los podcads, en los programas en vivo en el discord, en las iniciativas, en los grupos de whatsapp y telegram, en twitter y facebook. Se debe complementar con las otras redes socieles.
🐝9. ¿Qué es lo que más y lo que menos te gusta de Hive?
Lo que más me gusta es la libertad y la diversidad que existe. Libertad de escribir y participar con lo que uno se sienta cómodo, expresar nuestro sentir y poder comentar siempre bajo el respeto y las normas sin herir sensibilidades por diferentes maneras de pensar. Existe una diversidad de comunidades donde uno tiene la libertad de escribir lo que quieras, según tus criterios y respetando las normas de cada comunidad.
Es bueno poder innovar y publicar en el nicho correspondiente. Por último y no menos importante es que monetizas por postear y comentar, cosa que no sucede en ninguna otra red social, a menos que sea una app destinada a eso, y de serlo no es la misma cantidad que #hive. Por otro lado, lo que no me gusta es que observo a veces contenidos de baja calidad muy bien valorados y otros de muy alta calidad no tanto. Pero bueno la subjetividad es algo que no podemos controlar, en otras palabras, no me gusta la subjetividad al momento de las curaciones.

Yes I do, when I travel to my hometown, that usually happens at Christmas, Easter and two weeks during the school vacations, which in my country Venezuela, is from August 1st to September 15th. No, not at all. I'm just starting out, I'll be two years in August, I feel like I'm still learning, I feel like I'm still a rookie. It is not and will not be my plan for now, retirement is when you are tired and you have a lot of time in an activity, well that is not my case. I feel that I still have a lot of things to learn about the platform.
🐝5. Are you prepared for someone to use your Hive funds in case you die or become incapacitated in some way?
God forbid, I never think about death or incapacity although we are not exempt from them. But for now it is not my immediate plan. I ask God for a lot of life and health to continue on the platform and continue to grow and enjoy the benefits of it. However, my nephew who is also a hiver knows how to handle my passwords will know what to do.
🐝6. What has been the worst experience you have had on this blockchain and how did you deal with/overcome it?.
Thank God I have not gone through any bad experience. I am aware of complying with the rules in each community, space or initiative in which I participate, I think that is the basis to avoid certain situations, although as I said above no one is exempt. Grateful to God and the Universe, that I have not had any difficulty.

I would tell him that the sky is the limit, that the size of his rewards depends solely on him. That success equals consistency, perseverance and frequency, these three are the keys to emerge and grow on the platform. That making community is not only voting and commenting on the contents of others, was what I understood at the beginning; you have to interact in the communities, in the podcads, in the live programs in the discord, in the initiatives, in the whatsapp and telegram groups, in twitter and facebook. It must be complemented with other social networks.
🐝9. What do you like the most and the least about Hive?
What I like the most is the freedom and diversity that exists. Freedom to write and participate with what one feels comfortable, to express our feelings and to be able to comment always under the respect and the rules without hurting sensitivities for different ways of thinking. There is a diversity of communities where one has the freedom to write what you want, according to your criteria and respecting the rules of each community.
It is good to be able to innovate and publish in the corresponding niche. Last but not least is that you monetize for posting and commenting, something that does not happen in any other social network, unless it is an app designed for that, and if it is, it is not the same amount as #hive. On the other hand, what I don't like is that sometimes I see low quality content very well valued and others of very high quality not so much. But well subjectivity is something we can't control, in other words, I don't like subjectivity when curating.
