Essentially what I try the say: Either Cook becomes a combination of Jobs and Cook, or he shall be replaced. More Jobs-like vision and execution are needed for Apple to survive in the long term. I suppose, Cook shall be replaced since in my view, Cook didn't show he has - at least partially - a Jobs approach.
