Happy to join again the contest in Photos Essay Community, where we are prompted to show photos in purple and here is my entry for nr 7 #Purple-essay.

The minimum is 5 photos and 150 words, so it should not be so difficult. Mind you, I googled purple colour, because there are so many shades of it, I wish not to post something that could be considered different colour. .
Apparently the flowers are the most suitable to choose whatever the colour. Purple is not an exception.
Irises, these flowers are among the first to bloom in spring and in different colours, but this one is so intense.
You can think this is just a lonely flower on the green grass carpet, but no, look at the next photo.
These are the flowers that grow outside my office. I have a mate who look after them, actually she made the garden, where she spends her lunch breaks.
Here are few more flowers from there.
The next photo is of the thistle with beautiful butterfly. Thistle attracts not just butterflies and bees, but also birds, like the goldfinch. Sadly I have no picture of the bird on a thistle.
And my last photo is of the lilac, another spring flower, growing vastly.
So, my entry for this round is just flowers. I am sure you may find other objects in purple to use in your photos. I would love to see what the other contestants have found.
