Hola querido hiver.
Primero conocí la historia del cuervo Narciso que nos contó 
Viajábamos por una autopista y paramos a estirar las piernas y descansar un rato mientras tomábamos un café. Algunos pájaros merodeaban por la zona habilitada para picnic. Eran listos, pues sabían dónde mirar para encontrar comida. Sospeché que eran cuervos pero no estaba segura, no me dio tiempo a verlos de cerca. Tampoco les pude fotografiar en ese momento porque estaba al cargo de Rocky mientras mi marido compraba los cafés.
Para ir al baño y al bar-restaurante de esa zona de servicio se accede por un paso elevado sobre la autopista y que está cubierto por cristales. Al subir las escaleras descubrí las imágenes que aquí comparto: una pareja de cuervos descansaba sobre una barandilla externa.
De inmediato saqué mi teléfono y disparé, admirando la belleza de los animales. Los pelos se me erizaron cuando uno de ellos se giró y comenzó a mirarme. No me lo podía creer. Contuve el aliento. Me sabía protegida por el cristal... y entonces recordé que es de esos oscurecidos. ¿Ese cuervo me miraba a mí o se estaría mirando él?
Yo creo que sí me vio o al menos notaba mis movimientos al otro lado del cristal. Juraría que en la foto de arriba me pone ojitos de interesante, jeje.

Esta experiencia fue especial para mí, sin embargo las fotos se terminaron quedando sin compartirlas aquí. Hoy, por fin, vieron la luz.

First I got to know the story of Narcissus the crow that
We were travelling along a motorway and stopped to stretch our legs and rest for a while over coffee. Some birds were hanging around the picnic area. They were smart, as they knew where to look for food. I suspected they were crows but I wasn't sure, I didn't have time to see them up close. I couldn't photograph them at the time either because I was in charge of Rocky while my husband bought the coffees.
To go to the toilet and to the bar-restaurant in the service area, the access is via a glass-covered flyover over the motorway. As I climbed the stairs, I discovered the images I am sharing here: a pair of crows resting on an external railing.
I immediately took out my phone and took a shot, admiring the beauty of the animals. My hair stood on end as one of them turned and started looking at me. I couldn't believe it. I held my breath. I knew I was protected by the glass... and then I remembered that it was one of those darkened ones. Was that crow looking at me or was he looking at himself?
I think he did see me or at least noticed my movements on the other side of the glass. I could have sworn that in the photo above he was making interesting eyes at me, hehe.
