Hive Poker - 23/09 Saturday Freeroll Result

The Saturday freeroll result.

Yesterday, 8 of us played the usual freeroll. At the beginning, we faced a little change. Blind levels have changed. I think that it better for us, until now the competition started from 200 BB, now the 10,000 starting stack is worth 50 BB. Thus, even if there are players who have sat out, the first 20-30 minutes are not boring, the competition has become somewhat faster. Since I never asked RebelPoker for a separate blind level setting before, the default setting they used was suitable. So if they keep it, it would stay on our freeroll as well. By the way, this format seems more advantageous.

Hive account@solymi and Hive account@tengolotodo arrived in the late registration period, so Hive account@solymi was the first one, who got involved in an all-in against Hive account@yeckingo1 who started the tourney on the 2nd table against 2 sit-out players.

Even though Hive account@yeckingo1 joined the table with a 30k stack, he was the first to go. He had no luck. Knocked out by Hive account@caspermoeller89.
Who anyway, made an offer, half of his final prize to the person who knocks him out.

Hive account@tengolotodo registered in the last minute in the late reg, and almost immediately got involved in an all-in.

And very soon the next one came, what he could win vs. me.

Running as a short-stack, I took the risk with a relatively bad starting hand, unfortunately my hand was dominated by Hive account@caspermoeller89

This one was a crazy hand. Hive account@tengolotodo and Hive account@caspermoeller89 went all-in on the flop. Hive account@tengolotodo had a top pair, Hive account@caspermoeller89 had an inside straight draw (gutshot). He was waiting for the 9. And he got it right on the turn!!!
