Let's get to know first Barobo Surigao Del Sur, Caraga Philippines.
Barobo was created as a municipality in 1960, by virtue of Executive Order No. 407. This town was previously part of the Municipality of Lianga. Barobo is home of several tourist attractions like Turtle Island, Bogac Cold Spring, Beto Lagoon, Cabgan Island and many more. The Municipality of Barobo is a fishing and agricultural area. The major crops include rice, corn, coconut and banana. Barobo is comprised of 21 Barangays. Income Class, 3rd Class Municipal Income and a 2nd District. People in the Province are Christians, muslims, and other ethnic groups. Languages or dialects use is Surigaonon, Filipino, English, Agusan, Kamayo. Population is about 53 thousand. Part of Mindanao island, region of Caraga. Nearest Airports is Surigao Airport and Butuan Airport.
Licanto Beach Resort was our accommodation during our stay. This is Located at Barangay Wakat Barobo Surigao Del Sur. The place is perfect place for family accommodation since they have lot of rooms. And also perfect for gathering since they also cater special occasions. And pool which surely everyone would enjoy.

This was the reasons why we went here for the special occasions for my Uncle Danny's 49th Birthday, retirement party,homecoming party of his son Aljun (work as seaman) and a thanksgiving party for his son Kenneth who passed the exam as a doctor. He wanted that his siblings, nephews and niece to be there to witness and give thanks that after all the efforts and hardships paid off and it's time for him to rest and enjoy his retirement. The happiness was unexplainable because I know how they work hard as parents to be able let their sons finish their studies and become a professional doctor and a seaman.
Person beside me is my Uncle Danny, the birthday celebrant. Celebrated his 49 birthday and retirement.
This is my uncle Danny's family. He has four children. His eldest was a doctor, second was a seaman, 3rd still student studying as a nursing student and the youngest the only girl also a nursing student. My uncle wife is a head nurse of their Municipality and my uncle is a Philippine Army.

We are all thankful that we are being part and able to witness the successful event of my uncle's life.
This may serve as inspiration for us to work hard for our families to make our children successful someday. As parents that's our responsibility to educate and let our children go to school to make them successful in order for them not to experience poverty.
With our cousin Doc Ken and His wife Doc Angela and my cousin Jen. Am so thankful to my cousin Doc Ken and His wife because they are so kind. One time that I have experienced skin illness I just message them and they helped me without asking for a professional fee. Their achievements don't make them change. So thankful to them.
The party is done, we really enjoyed the party and so full with the foods serve to us. So much thankful for the laughters and happiness shared in the party.
We are getting ready with this picture to be back home. Memories is always in hearts we will bring it home and make it as inspirations.
