Good day everyone! Hope you all doing fine. It's daddyjave again and I'm here to tell you a story of one of the things that I love to do. Yes, it's cycling. I just want to share how much I love and why I love to pedal my bike. I believe everyone starts with a bicycle. Anyway, the reason why the title is "I miss you" is because I have sold my bike few months ago because we need funds that time.
Today, I went to Antipolo. It's a city here in the Philippines that is mostly visited by cyclists. It's actually because it's a mountain so everyone loves to practice and gain strength by climbing it using their bikes. I saw a lot of cyclist on their way to Taktak, it's a place in Antipolo where cyclist mostly take breaks like have their coffee and breakfast. It's really a nice place to stop if you're a cyclist because there's a lot of photographers there taking a photo of you riding your bike for free in a high quality picture using DSLR. There's also a lot of cyclist there where you can hang out since they are all friendly. It's a really nice community. Earlier today I went there to see if the community is still good and I'm happy to see lot of cyclist and some familliar faces that I saw before when I used to ride my bike. It's just that, I'm happy to see them and at the same time I am hoping to ride a bike and go to that place again.
There's actually some places in the Philippines I was able to reach by only using my bike like Pililia Windmill Farm, it's 63km away from my crib and Noveleta long beach which is 40km away from my crib. I don't even know why but there is some times that I just want to ride my bike alone and go to a place even it's far or nearby and have some time for myself to think for anything relating to what is happening to my life and career. It's giving me a peace of mind and giving me a relaxation especially when the time I have reached my destination like the long beach or other places that will give me relaxing vibes.
I also love to climb hills and mountain using my bike. It's really hard and sometimes it's giving me muscle cramps. But whenever I start climbing it, I feel like if I give up it's just a waste of time so I always make sure to reach the top regardless of what time I'll arrive.
I really love cycling and I know that for now, there's a lot of things I need to prioritize but I know that the time will come that I will be able to ride a bike again.
For you! Yes for you! If you're having a hard time deciding to buy a bike. Please don't hesitate because cycling will help you with your physical health and mental health. It will really make you happier. I promise that.
