Even though I try not to 'Shrimp' up (Previous post) My back and wrist do feel the strain of sitting at a desk or table doing research online and Journaling.
Whenever I need to stand up to do something in another room I will take a few minutes to stretch out my back, arms, and wrist. I am no professional masseuer but just me lightly massaging my arms and wrist and striking a pose that takes pressure off my back briefly is enough to make me feel better.
