It's officially the last day of National Journal Post Month! 30 days of journal writing and posting online challenge to get into the habit of journaling everyday.
I'm sad to see it end. But, I walk away with a new daily ritual that has helped me stress less and accomplish more.
Over the last 30 days of journal writing I have:
- Discovered Japanese gel pens (so smooth & colorful)
- Fell in love with blackout journals
- Introduced journaling to others
- Set and kept my goals. This is a big one since I'm a great planner but life gets in the way of finishing
- Experienced the scientifically proven benefits of journaling to reduce stress, sleep better, acknowledge/change behaviors, and accomplish goals
For those of you completing the challenge I'd love to hear what you walked away with. Whether you just starting to journal or have been an on again off again journaler like I was, I'm curious to know if you'll stick with it.
Even though this challenge is over, our community will keep posting throughout the year to share our love for journaling.
We hope you'll stay and join us as we wait for November 2022 challenge.
Thanks for making NaJoPoMo's inaugural year so amazing!
We did it!
