Una vez mas bienvenidos a una publicacion de Hive y una Publicacion para el canal hablando un poco sobre el funcionamiento de la plataforma ya que varias personas en mis anteriores publicaciones me estuvieron comentando que querian saber un poco mas sobre como funcionaba el Blockchain de hive y habian muy pocos videos de muy pocos creadores de contenido explicandolo por lo que vengo el dia de hoy con el segundo capitulo de la serie de mi canal "Hive Education #2" y traer el dia de hoy en 10 minutos una breve explicacion de que son los Testigos de Hive y cual es su trabajo dentro de la plataforma.
- Los Testigos de Hive
Los testigos son una lista de personas en Hive que elegidas de forma electoral por todos los usuarios, incluyendome, se encargan del funcionamiento y la debida administracion de la plataforma, se encargan de que no hayan errores de codigo, ni pagos atrasados o alguna injusticia en las publicaciones, se encargan de la seleccion de contenido de calidad, del plagio entre un usuario y otro, de supervisar y patrocinar proyectos dentro de la plataforma entre muchas cosas mas.
ellos por medio de la generacion de Hive en la cadena de Bloques obtienen sus ingresos de forma diaria y con ese dinero pueden ayudar no solo a la economia de Hive si no costear los gastos de mantenimiento de la plataforma que a su vez seguira generando para ayudar a los miles de creadores de contenido que hoy en dia vivimos de ella.
DAO
Significa en sus siglas en ingles Organizacion Autonoma Descentralizada que tal cual como lo dije en el video tiene muchos terminos y funciona con una estrategia diferente a muchas empresas y una de ellas es no disponer de ningun tipo de CEO o Dueño de Empresa que se encargue de organizar y administrar todo, ya que con ese modelo de Negocio tenemos una plataforma debil, que depende de una sola persona y mas de un millon de personas en Hive tendriamos que depender del estado de animo de una sola persona y las consecuencias de sus actos por lo que es mejor de forma organizada entre varias personas con suficiente poder para organizar la plataforma dirigirnos.
Y lo mejor de todo es, si el dia de mañana tu quieres forma parte de la lista de los testigos y creaste durante el pasar de los años suficiente confianza en los usuarios del Blockchain de Hive como para votarte tambien puedes formar parte de ella y ser una organizadora o un organizador de Hive.

DAO
In its acronym in English, it means Decentralized Autonomous Organization that, as I said in the video, has many terms and works with a different strategy than many companies and one of them is not having any type of CEO or Business Owner in charge of organize and manage everything, since with this business model we have a weak platform, which depends on a single person and more than a million people in Hive would have to depend on the state of mind of a single person and the consequences of their actions for what is best in an organized way between several people with enough power to organize the platform to direct us.
And the best of all is, if tomorrow you want to be part of the witness list and you created enough trust in the users of the Hive Blockchain over the years to vote for you, you can also be part of it and be an organizer or a Hive organizer.
