Il nuovo codice della strada, in mezzo ad una impressionante serie di amenita' che solo uno come Salvini poteva tirare fuori, contiene
pero' una cosa giusta.
Il regolamentare l'attivita' di quegli stramaledetti monopattini.
Se girano nelle stesse strade percorse da auto e moto devono rispettare le stesse regole, dal casco all'assicurazione, da una specie di patente al rispetto del codice della strada.
Non capisco perche' se uno va in giro con un motorino debba rispettare tutto mentre un monopattino che piu' o meno raggiunge
la stessa velocita' di un cinquantino e' esente da tutto.
Ci sara' poi da affrontare in qualche modo il discorso delle biciclette assistite.
Non parlo di quelle che sembrano biciclette normali e vengono usate per raggiungere punti che con le proprie gambe sarebbero
irraggiungibili.
Parlo di quegli obbrobri con le ruote grosse come quelle delle auto che sfrecciano a tutta velocità' in zone dove invece occorrerebbe
prudenza.
Quando ho ancora mezza forza vado a correre sul lungomare di Pineto, posto frequentato da biciclette normali, passeggini, mamme, bambini e spesso mi cedo sfrecciare accanto questi cosi.
Cosi che sembra lo facciano apposta a viaggiare in luoghi che dovrebbero essere destinati ad una tranquilla passeggiata.
Non sono biciclette, delle biciclette non hanno nulla, sono motorini elettrici che, come per i monopattini, andrebbero equiparati alle moto ed ai motorini veri e propri.
Oramai e' una giungla dove ognuno fa un po' quello che gli pare, e' forse giunto il momento di mettere un freno a tutto questo.

When I still have half strength I go for a run on the Pineto seafront, a place frequented by normal bicycles, pushchairs, mothers, children and I often allow myself to dart past these things.
So that it seems they do it on purpose to travel to places that should be intended for a quiet stroll.
They are not bicycles, bicycles have nothing, they are electric scooters which, as for scooters, should be equated to motorcycles and scooters proper.
By now it's a jungle where everyone does what they like, maybe it's time to put a stop to all.
