Ieri ho ripreso ad andare in palestra, quella non statale che ho scovato nel viaggio precedente a Las Tunas.
È il mio settore, parte del mio lavoro, il potersi allenare da normale cliente, senza obblighi, impegni e con tutto il tempo possibile a disposizione fa riscoprire il piacere di una bella sudata.
Il costo è di 100 pesos a settimana, 200 per i culi bianchi (solo io...) parliamo di poco più di 1 euro.
Alle 8.30 del mattino è già strapiena, la gente va presto suppongo per evitare il caldo.
Direi anche che non è mal frequentata...anzi.
Oggi vado a correre alla pista di atletica.

Yesterday I started going to the gym again, the non-state one that I found on the previous trip.
It's my sector, part of my job, being able to train as a normal client, without obligations, commitments and with all the time available makes you rediscover the pleasure of a good sweat.
The cost is 100 pesos a week, 200 for white asses (just me...) we're talking about just over 1 euro.
At 8.30 in the morning it is already packed, people go early I suppose to avoid the heat.
I would also say that it is not badly frequented ... indeed.
Today I'm going to run at the athletics track.
