The HIVE version 28 Hard Fork has finally been released, even though many of us weren't aware of the change underway. Compared to the past, the HF resulted in temporary inaccessibility to the blockchain, but to date, a great deal of work has been done on the developer side, and everything has been updated without any problems on the blockchain.
The update implemented a lot of things that are fairly unknown to those like me who aren't developers or computer scientists.
One visible change, however, is much easier to notice. It's the voting power, which is undergoing a revision. In the past, the value of our vote would decrease from 100% to 98%, and gradually, our voting power or mana would decrease as well. So, for example, if a user had a voting power of $1 at 100%, at 98% it would drop to $0.98, and so on.
With HF 28, each vote will still be worth $1, but the voting power will decrease more quickly to counterbalance the value. So, if you typically vote 10 times a day at 100%, your voting power will be well below 80%. It's therefore necessary to modify your voting strategy, especially if you use a bot, otherwise you risk quickly finding your voting power at 0!

L'Hard Fork di HIVE versione 28 ha finalem visto la luce, anche se moltissimi di noi non hanno avuto accortezza del cambiamento in corso. Rispetto al passato, l'HF comportava una momentanea inaccessibilità alla blockchain, ma ad oggi lato devs è stato fatto un grande lavoro e tutto è stato aggiornato senza alcun problema lato blockchain.
L'aggiornamento ha implementato una montagna di cose abbastanza ignote per chi come me non è uno sviluppatore o informatico.
Un cambiamento visibile invece è molto più semplice da notare. Si tratta del potere di voto che subisce una revisione. In passato il valore del nostro voto scendeva dal 100% al 98% e man mano anche il potere di voto o mana diminuiva. Quindi ad esempio se un utente al 100% aveva un potere di voto di 1$, al 98% scendeva a 0.98 e così via.
Con l'HF 28 ogni voto sarà sempre pari a 1 dollaro ma il potere di voto scenderà più velocemente per controbilanciare il valore. Quindi se sei solito votare 10 volte al giorno al 100%, il tuo potere di voto sarà molto sotto l'80%. È neccessario quindi modificare la strategia di voto, soprattutto se usi un bot, altrimenti rischi di trovare ben presto il tuo potere di voto a 0!
