A few months ago, in September, I set myself a goal: to reach 25k HP and 75 reputation by 31 December. At the time of writing this post my HP is 21230 and I have about 1000 liquid HP, so at the moment I would reach an HP about 22230 HP and I have a reputation level of 74..64, as per 
I am currently in the 284th post of the overall ranking on Hive and I think it is a really good achievement for me. Considering that I arrived on the platform in February 2019, I have lost more than a year of activity and today I could have aspired to even higher goals.
Returning to my goals for this year they will be very difficult to reach, at least since I cannot get about 2800 Hive to date, unlikely to reach this sum by the end of the year as it will be difficult to reach reputation 75.
The goals are set to be a stimulus to achieve them but I was afraid in my heart of not being able to reach them in time. In September I had about 19k HP and my average of rewards between author and curator is about 1000 Hives per month and in fact I estimate to reach about 23k HP by December 31st. Not bad, indeed I am very satisfied with my average and my constant growth. On January 1st I will perform my Power Up and so I will mark my presence at the first Power Up Day 2021!

Another target that will definitely be on my list is the Leo Power number, currently around 1300 and I think it's still very low. My goal is 10k LP and I dare to try to indicate 31 December 2021 as of now, so over 12 months. Will it be possible to achieve it? It is a challenging goal but the beauty of the challenges is just that! If it were an easy goal, I wouldn't have the right incentives to participate proactively.
What I like about my programming is that I am really excited in everything I do on Hive and Leofinance and my personal goals amplify this emotion by transmitting positive feelings that are also reflected beyond this platform. The stimuli that Hive and Leofinance offer me are truly innumerable, as always it is thanks to the users who make up this beautiful community and all those who follow me and vote for me, allowing me to always continue with serenity to share my thoughts and ideas.

Qualche mese fa, a Settembre, mi sono posto un obiettivo: raggiungere entro il 31 Dicembre quota 25k HP e reputazione 75. Al momento in cui scrivo questo post la mia HP è 21230 ed ho circa 1000 HP liquidi, al momento quindi raggiungerei un HP di circa 22230 HP e ho un livello reputazione di 74..64, come da ranking di
Attualmente sono al 284mo post dell classifica generale su Hive e credo sia davvero un bel traguardo per me. Considerando che sono approdato sulla piattaforma a febbraio 2019, ho perso più di un anno di attività ed oggi avrei potuto ambire a traguardi ancora più alti.
Ritornando ai miei obiettivi per quest'anno saranno molto difficilmente raggiungibili, almeno ché non riesca ad ottenere ad oggi circa 2800 Hive, improbabile raggiungere questa somma entro fine anno così come sarà difficile raggiungerlo reputazione 75.
Gli obiettivi sono stabiliti per essere come stimolo al loro raggiungimento ma temevo in cuor mio di non riuscire a raggiungerlo per tempo. A Settembre avevo circa 19k HP e la mia media di rewards tra autore e curatore è di circa 1000 Hive al mese ed infatti stimo di arrivare al 31 Dicembre a circa 23k HP. Poco male, anzi sono molto soddisfatto della mia media e della mia crescita costante. Al 1 Gennaio effettuerò il mio Power Up e così segnerò la mia presenza al primo Power Up Day 2021!

Un altro obiettivo che rientrerà sicuramente nella mia lista è il numero di Leo Power, attualmente si aggira attorno ai 1300 e credo che sia ancora molto basso. Il mio obiettivo è 10k LP e oso provare ad indicare già da ora 31 Dicembre 2021, quindi oltre 12 mesi di tempo. Sarà possibile raggiungerlo? È un goal impegnativo ma il bello delle sfide è proprio questo! Se fosse un obiettivo facile non avrei gli stimoli giusti per partecipare in modo proattivo.
Ciò che mi piace in questa mia programmazione è che davvero sono emozionato in tutti ciò che faccio su Hive e Leofinance ed i miei obiettivi personali amplificano questa emozione trasmettendomi sensazioni positive che si riflettono anche oltre questa piattaforma. Gli stimoli che Hive e Leofinance mi offrono sono davvero innumerevoli, come sempre è merito degli utenti che compongono questa bella comunità e tutti coloro che mi seguono e mi votano, permettendomi di continuare sempre con serenità a condividere i miei pensieri e le mie idee.
