Euro oggi 101,3 Leke quindi è sceso di nuovo. Una volta atterrati in Albania vi renderete conto che euro e arrivato a 101.3 Leke. Siamo in piena estate e i prezzi delle case si sono mosse solo un po', quindi abbassate. Almeno per ora sono stabili cosi come anche gli prezzi degli affitti. Su alcune zone i negozi si affittano da 150 a 200 euro e ce ne sono molti che sono vuote. Nelle altre zone della capitali di Tirane che sono molte più trafficate, gli affitti arrivano fino 500 euro.
In Albania non si parla molto del immobiliare, sono le notizie di cronaca come arresti e alcuni incidenti con i stranieri al nord che sono venuti in vacanza, notizie principali per ora.
I supermarket nelle quartieri quasi vuoti dal personale e i commessi sono andati tutti in vacanza, i prezzi più stabili, e i rapporti con le persone sempre le stesse.
Il caffe è uguale il prezzo no. In Alcuni posti 40 centesimi in altri 1.20 Euro.
La polizia fa sapere ogni tanto sulle multe i gli arresti domiciliari quindi comunicati stampa poi altro nulla.
A Tirana l'acqua non si può bere sui rubinetti e quindi bisogna comprarlo al supermarket. Alcuni litri 1 euro o 1.2 euro. Al nord è diverso, a Scutari per esempio l'acqua si può bere tranquillamente.
Per il pane invece c'è più celta a Tirana che altrove. La verdura costa meno presso la periferia invece in citta di più e i prezzi sono abbastanza alti da questo punto di vista. Altri cibi spaghetti per esempio i marchi italiani sono cari, altri direi 50 centesimi 500 grami di spaghetti. Si tratta di marchi albanesi che non sono per niente male.
Altro poi le bevande sono molto care. Il vino italiano è veramente carissimo, ma anche quello albanese. Il cibo un po' meno ma le bevande sono un altra cosa.
Parliamo un po' del cibo ora se venite in Albania dovrete assaggiare i llokum uno con il caffe come piace a me. Si stratta di un dolce tipico albanese, cosi come il bakllava che lo trovate pronto nei supermercati o trileqe un dolce fato con tre tipi diversi di farina, troverete poi tollumba che sono un altro dolce tipico dell'Albania, già pronto nei negozi o pasticcerie. Io suggerisco trileqe, assaggiatelo al centro che è di qualità veramente. Fatto con tre tipi di farina il dolce è inzuppato nel latte e sopra si trova un sottile strato caramellato. Questo fa' la differenza nel sapore. Con un buon caffe è veramente ottimo per la colazione. Per una pausa andate al centro. Altri dolci non suggerisco, i llokum meglio mangiarli a casa, il trileqe presso i bar al posto dello briosce, cosi come la lettura di un buon giornale quotidiano la, Panorama per esempio, notizie di cronaca, sociale, ed economia cosi anche come altre cose utili.
Anche i social sono molto tranquilli in questo periodo. Alcuni saluti, eventi e nient'altro. La gente vuole libri ma i libri non sono meno cari, alcuni romanzi hanno attirato il mio interesse e sono appena usciti scrittori albanesi ma io preferisco anche quelli europei perciò vi chiedo se mi potete suggerire alcuni romanzi appena usciti e buoni da leggere.

Euro 101.3 Leke today so it dropped again. Once landed in Albania you will realize that euro has reached 101.3 Leke. It's the height of summer and house prices have only moved a bit, so lower that. At least for now they are stable as well as rental prices. On some areas the shops are rented from 150 to 200 euros and there are many that are empty. In other areas of the capital of Tirane which are much busier, rents go up to 500 euros.
In Albania there is not much talk about real estate, it is the news stories such as arrests and some incidents with foreigners in the north who have come on vacation, the main news for now.

Other foods spaghetti for example Italian brands are expensive, others I would say 50 cents 500 grams of spaghetti. These are Albanian brands that are not bad at all.
Other then the drinks are very expensive. Italian wine is really expensive, but so is Albanian wine. Food a little cheaper but drinks are something else.
Let's talk a little about the food now if you come to Albania you must taste the llokum uno with coffee as I like it. It is a typical Albanian dessert, as well as the bakllava that you can find ready in supermarkets or trileqe a dessert made with three different types of flour, you will also find tollumba which are another typical Albanian dessert, already ready in shops or pastry shops. I suggest trileqe, taste it in the center which is really quality. Made with three types of flour, the cake is soaked in milk and covered with a thin layer of caramel. This makes all the difference in flavor. With a good coffee it is really excellent for breakfast. For a break go to the centre. Other sweets I do not suggest, the llokum are better to eat at home, the trileqe at the bars instead of the brioche, as well as reading a good daily newspaper there, Panorama for example, current news, social, and economics as well as other useful things.
Social networks are also very quiet in this period. Some greetings, events and nothing else. People want books but books are not cheaper, some novels have attracted my interest and Albanian writers have just come out but I also prefer European ones so I ask you if can you suggest me some novels that have just come out and are good to read.
